COVID-19 UPDATE

The Covid-19 situation may impact the time frame in which orders are delivered. Australia Post are experiencing delays in delivery times as they adapt to the new challenges presented by the pandemic, such as additional safety measures to protect their people and customers, reduction in domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes. Delays can be up to a few days. We at Selene Crystals Australia acknowledge that these are unprecedented circumstances and although every effort is made to ensure that orders are processed within the given time lines we are not able to take any responsibility for delays caused by the impact Covid-19.

Due to the ongoing delays we are:

  • Temporarily offering a discounted rate for Express Post at $11.95 (usually $14.95) Australia wide. Please note however that Australia Post's Express Post guarantee is currently suspended. Express Post remains their fastest postal delivery option, but current circumstances mean they can't guarantee next-business-day delivery at the moment.   • Temporarily suspending international shipping. We are sincerely sorry if this causes any inconveniences.

Non-Contact Home Delivery

To help protect the health of you, your family and our delivery partners, signatures for home delivery will no longer be required. With contactless delivery, you, the customer, and the delivery driver won’t need to come into contact, touch a pen or a scanning device. To learn more, visit Australia Post here or Sendle here.

United States & Canada

Small Satchel - up to 500g with tracking: $26.00

Medium Satchel - up to 1kg with tracking: $40.00

Large Satchel - up to 2kg with tracking: $65.00

Some items are not available for international shipping due to custom regulations or product weight.

Please note: Delivery may take up to 4 weeks (or longer) due to current the COVID-19 situation.

International customers (outside of AUSTRALIA) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. 

If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to arrange the shipping of your item again, at an additional cost to you.

  • ​Incorrect or incomplete address
  • ​Return to sender 

 SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Selene Crystals are grateful for the small business support that Sendle and Australia Post offers us to help us reach customers near and far.

All products and orders are packed by us and dispatched from Brisbane, QLD Australia with a flat shipping rate of $9.95 and free shipping on orders over $85. 

You can choose the Express Post Option sent via Australia Post with a rate of $14.95.

We will do our absolute best to deliver Selene Crystals products to you speedily. All orders will dispatched within 1-3 business days. Allow around 3-5 business days (up to 11 business days suburbs of WA) for delivery but may vary depending on location.

Whilst we will do everything we can to ensure your parcels make it to their destination as quickly as possible, once the parcels are in the care of the courier company we are not responsible for their performance. We will monitor, escalate and investigate if any issues arise.

If you have received a tracking email which informs you that your parcel has been delivered to a secure location such as a POPStores or POPStations, it is your responsibility to collect your parcel from the organised collection point. If you have not received your item within reasonable delivery times please contact us to investigate. If it is returned to us we will charge shipping fees to resend the parcel.
